Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

4 Bananas
1/4 Cup Applesauce
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 Egg OR Egg Replacement
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

Dry Ingredients

1/2 Cup Pastry Flour (or normal flour)
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Quick Oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt.

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl, set aside
3 Mash bananas in a large bowl4. Add remaining wet ingredients
5. Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture, stirring as you pour.
6. Transfer mixture into your breadpan
7. Bake for 30-50 minutes
8. Enjoy!
