Ingredients

For The Filling

6 apples
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar

For The Crumble

140g quick oats
60g flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
a sprinkle of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter (i used oat butter)
40g old fashioned oats


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F

Make the Filling

2. Peel your apples (optional)
3. Dice the apples
4. Add the lemon juice and 1 tbsp sugar
5. Mix together
6. Pat into bottom of baking container

Make the Crumble

7. Mix flour and quick oats together
8. Mix in sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract
9. Add butter and mix with hands till small crumbles form
10. Pat down on top of apples in baking dish
11. Sprinkle the remaining 40g of oats on top
12. Pat them down a little bit

To Cook

13. Cook in oven for 30-60 minutes. When the apples are soft enough a fork easily goes through them, it is ready.
